We are proud to introduce our revolutionary innovation: Closed Die Lubrication, or LSC. A new way of understanding die casting. LSC technology, a patented design, has redefined the industry landscape, making the lubrication process sustainable and efficient. Thanks to LSC, we have eliminated the noise associated with the lubrication process, the emission of fumes and vapours and made it possible to reuse the same release agent for the entire day over several shifts, thus contributing to a greener environment and the concrete sustainability of the die-casting process.
In addition, LSC technology has significantly improved production efficiency, reducing cycle time by more than 30 per cent; it has considerably decreased set-up times by eliminating the need to prepare nozzles for lubricating heads for several moulds.
Thanks to its stable, finely controlled process managed via a comprehensive and intuitive graphic interface, it has significantly decreased mould wear. This state-of-the-art technology enables optimal resource management, reducing waste and also allowing more efficient evacuation of air in the mould.
