Die-casting
Fonderie Maestri can produce castings from 20 g up to 20 kg.
It is equipped with 7 fully automated presses with a clamping force from 320 t to 1650 t with robots and punching presses in the die-casting cells
Thanks to the continuous search for process optimisation and efficiency, the propensity for innovation and continuous investment, Fonderie Maestri’s machine park is characterised by efficiency and reliability.
In recent years Fonderie Maestri has introduced new machines, Maico 350ton, 550ton, 850ton and 1650ton customized with the Closed Mold Lubrication System. All islands in the company, the layout and components are studied in-house by Maestri’s specialised technicians.

RAW MATERIALS
The main aluminium alloy used is EN AC 46100, but in the case of special requirements (electronic applications, corrosion resistance, increased elasticity) the following alloys are also used EN AC 44300, EN AC 43400, EN AC 44100, EN AC 43100, EN AC 47100 and special alloys such as AS10, Silafont 36 are also used.
CO-DESIGN
Even before making the moulds, we support our customers in the industrialisation of the product by proposing and suggesting technical solutions to improve the moulding process and the production of the finished product, always trying to propose the most economically advantageous yet qualitatively successful process to the customer.
Moulds are designed and manufactured in-house or using external tooling structured for large and easily accessible moulds.

Fonderie Maestri‘s technical department works with dedication and expertise to design and manufacture moulds with maximum efficiency. Each process is carefully designed and customised to the customer’s specifications, ensuring a superior level of quality and optimised production.
MACHINING AND FINISHING
We also make use of important and well-established external suppliers to carry out, to customer specifications, mechanical machining and various types of finishing such as polishing, sandblasting, tumbling, powder coating and surface treatments such as Surtec 650 and E-CPLS.
SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICA
Fonderie Maestri makes use of important and reliable carriers and has developed in-house all the software solutions (MRP and ERP) necessary to guarantee efficient and fast management of all phases of the supply chain.
